Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern purchases of products from Paixidore International LTD (1801 E HOLT BLVD, #D120, ONTARIO, CA 91761, USA). By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms; updates apply to orders placed after publication on Paixidore.com.

2. Orders & Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quote. Orders are confirmed when both parties agree on product, quantity, price and delivery terms. We may decline orders where product details or destination information are incomplete.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in US Dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are agreed per order. Title to goods transfers upon full payment.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer at the point agreed in the order (e.g., FOB Ontario, CA or Incoterms as specified). Please review our Shipping & Returns policy.

5. Warranty & Disclaimer

Products are sold as aftermarket replacement parts. Our warranty obligations are described in our Warranty page. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paixidore International LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of products, including loss of use, downtime or labor costs.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
